Walking on the footpaths and the cross country trails will be utilized to get competitors to the start of the Up / Down segments.   All of the XC races start and end from the Lebanon Hills West Trailhead (4801 Johnny Cake Ridge Rd, Eagan, MN 55122)

Elite Cross Over Section

Elite Course

The elite cross country course is going to make use of the entire Lebanon trail system.  This results in riders passing through the center segment (212) twice during the race. A separate blow-up of this center cross over has been provided to help provide clarity.  Race directors will be in this location to guide riders.  On the first entry the riders will cross over a log pile to enter the expert trail segment. On second entry, riders will exit to the right onto the advanced trail.

Elite riders will use the same uphill and downhill course as advanced.
